This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. You may enter the unit anytime after 3 PM.

To comply with local regulations, we kindly request a copy of your passport before your arrival. This is necessary for us to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department. Rest assured, our apartment is fully legal and registered on Holiday Homes. As mandated by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night will be charged to guests.

CHECK–IN INFORMATION: It will be sent within 24 hours before check-in once the security deposit has been made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: As part of our commitment to maintaining the quality of our accommodations, we kindly request a security deposit of AED 1000 prior to your check-in. This deposit serves to ensure the upkeep of the property during your stay.

Please note that the security deposit is fully refundable within 24 to 72 hours upon checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or requirements for deep cleaning identified.

(Please be advised that we don’t accept cash for security deposits.)

A fine of up to AED 500 may be incurred for the loss of the Amenity Card. We appreciate your attention to this matter

Please be aware of our strict non-smoking policy on the premises. Evidence of smoking, such as smoke smell or ashes, will result in a minimum AED 1200 smoking fee. This policy is in place to maintain a healthier and safer environment for all guests.

CHECK-OUT TIME POLICY: Please remember, that our check-out time is at 11 am. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of AED 500. Your cooperation ensures a smooth transition for the next guest
